Slate Planner account and data deletion
Slate Planner is operated by Anne Valerie Imbao. For privacy questions or requests, contact slateplanner.support@gmail.com.
You can delete your account or request deletion of planner data without reinstalling the app.
Open Slate to manage or delete my account
Delete your account
Sign in with your existing Slate account and choose Delete Account. Export a Complete Backup ZIP first. Follow the identity-verification and confirmation steps. You can choose whether to keep a local guest workspace or clear local data on that device.
Account deletion removes the Firebase sign-in account and its cloud planner records, including backups and reminder jobs. Pro grants are revoked. Limited records can remain for security, fraud prevention, billing association or audit: a completed-deletion marker, a hashed Paddle reference and grant records.
The flow checks billing and requests that Paddle renewal stop where applicable. Verify cancellation. A failed or pending deletion, uninstall or local reset does not establish that renewal has stopped.
Delete planner data and keep your account
If you have Pro, choose Delete all my data. This resets the cloud planner backup, deletes manual snapshots and reminder jobs, and clears local planner data, history, settings and attachment files. It preserves the account, profile, entitlement/payment records and necessary device/reset records. Billing continues.
For local-only data, use Slate’s local reset controls or clear its device/browser storage. Clear other devices and independently saved exports separately.
If you cannot sign in
Email slateplanner.support@gmail.com with “Delete my Slate Planner account” or “Delete my Slate Planner data.” Include your account email and which action you want. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Retention
Pro expiry alone does not erase account data. Limited retained records may be needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or disputes; provider backups follow separate deletion cycles. Contact the privacy email for your request’s outcome and any retained records. Cloud attachment-file transfer is currently unavailable; local files and exported copies require separate deletion.
